2. WHO MAY USE PRIONEX HUB

2.1 Prionex Hub is a corporate workplace application for authorised employees of PRIONEX LTD and of its corporate customers (your "employer"). There is no public self-registration.

2.2 Your employer creates, manages, suspends and deactivates your account through Prionex CRM and decides your role and permissions. Questions about access, roles or passwords go first to the authorised administrator of your employer.

2.3 You must be at least 18 years old.

2.4 You may use Prionex Hub only for work, in line with these Terms, your employer's policies and the law.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

3.1 Keep your login details confidential and do not let anyone else use your account. If you suspect misuse, tell the authorised administrator of your employer and us at info@crm-prionex.com immediately.

3.2 You are responsible for what is sent from your account.

3.3 Prionex Hub encrypts data in transit (TLS) but does not use end-to-end encryption. Workplace messages and files are stored on our servers and may remain available to your employer as business records, subject to your employer's retention policies and applicable law.

4. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT AND ABUSIVE USERS

Prionex has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post, send or share content, or behave in a way, that:

  • (a) harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone, including colleagues and your employer's clients and debtors;
  • (b) is hateful or discriminatory, including on grounds of race, ethnicity, nationality, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or age;
  • (c) is sexually explicit or pornographic, or sexualises minors in any way;
  • (d) depicts or encourages violence, terrorism, self-harm or suicide;
  • (e) is defamatory, obscene or deliberately offensive;
  • (f) is unlawful or promotes illegal activity, fraud or scams;
  • (g) is spam, phishing, malware or other harmful code;
  • (h) impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity or authority;
  • (i) discloses personal data, including data about your employer's clients and debtors, without a legitimate work purpose, or discloses confidential information you are not authorised to share;
  • (j) infringes intellectual property or other rights of others;
  • (k) tries to bypass security, access accounts or data without authorisation, or disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

If you break this section, the content is removed and the account that posted it is suspended, without prior notice, as described in section 6.3.

5. CONTENT FILTERING

Prionex automatically checks the text of every new message, every edit and every photo or file caption against a list of objectionable words in Ukrainian, Russian and English before it is delivered. A message, edit or caption that contains a word from this list is not sent, and you see a notice explaining why. No automatic filter catches everything, so please report anything objectionable that gets through (section 6).

6. REPORTING, BLOCKING AND OUR RESPONSE

6.1 Report. You can report any message sent by another Prionex Hub user in a chat, whether it is text, a photo, a file or a voice message: choose Report in the message's menu and give a reason. You can also send reports by email to info@crm-prionex.com. Every report goes to your employer's project administrators in Prionex Hub (the report queue) and to Prionex support (info@crm-prionex.com), and the app confirms that your report has been received.

6.2 Block. You can block any user with Block on their profile card or in the menu of one of their messages. Blocking takes effect immediately: the user can no longer send you direct messages, their messages and files are hidden from you in every chat, including group chats, and your employer's project administrators and Prionex support are notified. You can see the users you have blocked and unblock them in the app: on the phone under Settings → Account → Blocked, on the web on your profile page under Blocked; once you unblock a user, their messages are visible to you again.

6.3 Our response. The content filter (section 5) and blocking (section 6.2) work automatically and take effect immediately, at any time of day. Your employer's project administrators and Prionex support act on every report within 24 hours. If the content breaks these Terms, it is removed from the conversation and, if it was sent by a Prionex Hub user, that user's account is suspended and their employer is informed. A historical record may be kept as described in sections 10 and 20 of the Privacy Policy. Where required by law, unlawful content may be disclosed to competent authorities, as described in section 31 of the Privacy Policy.

6.4 Do not use reporting or blocking to harass others, and do not make reports you know to be false.

7. YOUR CONTENT

7.1 Work content you create in Prionex Hub may be kept and used by your employer as its business records, subject to its retention policies and applicable law. You confirm that you have the right to share what you post.

7.2 Prionex processes this content to provide, secure and support Prionex Hub, including content filtering (section 5) and handling reports (section 6), on your employer's documented instructions where we act as its processor, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

8. PERSONAL DATA AND ACCOUNT DELETION

8.1 If you work for a corporate customer of PRIONEX LTD, your employer generally acts as data controller for the personal data processed through your account, including workplace content and information about its own clients and debtors, and PRIONEX LTD acts as its processor. For PRIONEX LTD employees, PRIONEX LTD is the controller. The Privacy Policy (https://www.crm-prionex.com/policy/privacy) explains where PRIONEX LTD acts as controller for its own purposes, such as security and legal compliance.

8.2 Requesting deletion. You can ask at any time for your Prionex Hub account and your personal data to be deleted: on the phone choose Settings → Account → Account deletion; on the web choose Request account deletion on your profile page. You can also follow the procedure at https://www.crm-prionex.com/hub/account-deactivation or write to dpo@crm-prionex.com. The app confirms that your request has been sent. Your work account is managed by your employer in Prionex CRM, so you cannot delete it yourself; your employer's administrator and Prionex carry out the request within 30 days.

8.3 What is deleted. When your request has been carried out, you are signed out on all devices, and your Prionex Hub account and the personal data linked to it are deleted: your profile, profile photo, contact details, devices and push tokens, sessions, settings, drafts, and read and delivery receipts. We confirm to you when deletion is complete.

8.4 What is kept. Messages and files you sent in shared chats may be kept by your employer as its business records. They stay in the employer's workspace for as long as workplace operations and legal obligations require (see the Privacy Policy). Security and audit records that we must keep by law are kept for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy and then deleted.

8.5 Deactivation is different. Your employer can deactivate your account (section 2.2). Deactivation ends your access but does not delete your data. To have your data deleted, send a deletion request (section 8.2).

8.6 Other data rights. To request access to or correction of your personal data, or other action on it, see the Privacy Policy and https://www.crm-prionex.com/hub/account-deactivation. If you work for a corporate customer, contact your employer first; requests to PRIONEX LTD go to dpo@crm-prionex.com. If PRIONEX LTD is your employer, write to dpo@crm-prionex.com directly. We may ask you to confirm your identity.

9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Your employer may suspend or deactivate your account at any time. If you break section 4, section 6.3 applies. For other breaches of these Terms, where the law requires it, or to protect users, data or the service, Prionex may temporarily restrict or suspend your access and will inform your employer. Accounts of a corporate customer's employees are deactivated by that employer; accounts of PRIONEX LTD employees, by PRIONEX LTD. Sections 7, 8, 10 and 13 continue to apply after your access ends.

10. SERVICE AND LIABILITY

10.1 We work to keep Prionex Hub secure and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Interruptions may occur during maintenance, technical failures or events beyond our control.

10.2 To the extent permitted by law, Prionex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, Prionex Hub. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. APP STORES

If you downloaded Prionex Hub from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply, including, for the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms are between you and Prionex only; Apple and Google are not responsible for Prionex Hub, its content or its support.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms. Each version has a version identifier and an effective date shown at the top. When we publish a new version, the app shows it to you, and you must accept it to continue using Prionex Hub. We keep a record of which version you accepted and when. These Terms are available in English, Ukrainian and Russian; if they differ, the English version prevails. Pages linked from these Terms, including the Privacy Policy, may be available in English only.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live or work.
